The definition of a bridge is a structure carrying a pathway or roadway over a depression or obstacle.
Often a bridge is the shortest distance between two terrains.

I have created a unique approach which helps you transform from an undesired state into a state of empowerment.

The Bridge is a variety of disciplines, including various life coaching techniques, neuro-linguistic programming, psychology, mind set strategies, quantum physics and various meditation techniques, designed to assist in finding
the power and motivation within yourself.

This program is based on the concept that we only use 5% of our brain, known as the conscious mind. We experience every moment with our 5 senses of touch, taste, sound, vision and smell. What about the other 95%?

They are used for powerful background processing in what is called the subconscious mind. It is like the hard drive of your computer, it stores every single experience you have ever made in your life from the time of your birth.
What does this mean for you? Imagine you decide to loose 10kg of weight in the following weeks. For this you will use pure willpower, wiping out the past bad eating habits and starting fresh by following a nutritious diet. Now you find yourself with a 5% team battling against a 95% team. In soccer this would mean half a player against a team of ten and a half players. Nobody can win such a match.
With the unique program I offer, we will work with the 95% of your subconscious brain to make changes durable and sustainable.

I am very proud to additionally offer meditation as part of the program. Meditation has a strong impact in aligning your subconscious and conscious mind. Meditation is established in the corporate world and industry as remedy for stress, displeasure and irritation. Meditation improves relationships and productivity by developing clarity and focus. Regular meditation helps the mind to relax and to calm down, what boosts our health and our wellness.

I offer this program as weekly sessions or a comprehensive course of 3 days.
